Safety Driver & Compliance

  • Expiration reminders for CDL, medical cards, or certifications.

    Example: “Reminder: Your DOT medical certificate expires in 30 days. Please submit updated documentation as soon as possible.”

3. Message Frequency:

Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with Voci INC.

Driver applicants may receive up to 10 SMS messages per week regarding recruiting, application status, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

Active drivers may receive operational, dispatch, safety, payroll, and load-related messages as needed.

Customers may receive shipment updates and service-related notifications as necessary.

4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5. Opt-In Method:
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Voci INC in the following ways:
• By submitting a driver application form on our website
• By submitting a contact form on our website
• By providing verbal consent during a phone conversation with a recruiter or company representative
• By completing employment or onboarding paperwork
